Reseller Notices
- Although we manage the servers on which your clients are
located, we do not provide support for them. As a reseller you
are required to support your clients, not simply redirect
their questions to serveIO. We do, of course, support you and
assist in resolving an server related problem that is beyond
your control to fix.
* Your two nameservers are attached to the two dedicated IPs
you are given. Your main account IP is shared with your first
nameserver (ns1).
